Profile
For twenty two years, individual, community and whole organisation development have been at the core of my consulting practice. My work focusses on facilitating organisational change, leadership development, future-creation and strategy planning, and one-to-one coaching and executive development.
I work with managers, leaders and organisations at all stages of their development and learning. My particular areas of expertise are:
- Globally responsible leadership and practice
- Strategic practice
- Effective practice at work
- Inspiration and meaning-making
I have a post-graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership and an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Groupwork Skills) awarded by CPCAB, the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body.
As a complement to my twenty years of experience in management and coaching, I am an Accredited Associate Executive Coach, accredited by both the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and by the International Coaching Federation.
I am an Associate at the University of York’s Centre for Applied Human Rights, which supports human rights defenders at risk around the world. I am particularly interested in leadership as demonstrated by those in the human rights movement (whether or not they are formally identified as leaders) : how they lead through their actions and their values, and what impact that leadership has.
I am an accredited trainer for the College of Mediators.
