One-to-one coaching and Executive Development – arising from my twenty two years of experience in organisational development including sixteen years’ as a coach, I am a qualified executive coach, accredited by both the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Corporate responsibility and globally responsible leadership.
Future work and strategy – helping organisations identify the future they want; and supporting leaders and managers through the journey of change.
Service re-design and co-design.

I am also a (non-salaried) Associate at the University of York’s Centre for Applied Human Rights. My research interests are on leadership practices by human rights defenders at risk.
